This device
is located at the bottom of material silo. It connects purified
and heated compressed air while discharging, so as to fluidize materials,
increase their mobility and contribute to smooth discharging. The
gasification plate of this device is made from sintered silicon
carbide particles, thus it possesses good air permeability and wear
resistance. The chute is oxidation resistant due to its pickled
and galvanized internal surface. High temperature-resistant rubber
resin is used to seal between the gasification plate and chute.
